“Circuit Runner” and Competition Results

A little while back, I briefly spoke about my entry in my university’s gamedev club’s 24-hour competition. All three judges have finally posted their marks and opinions of the entries, which you can view here, as well as the entries themselves. A huge congratulations to everyone who took part — it was a whirlwind that I can wait to help organize again this summer. 🙂

For anyone looking for a quick link to my entry, Circuit Runner, you can download it at: Circuit Runner.

Cool game you got there, its pretty neat! I didn’t try the other games, but regardless of the place you came in it is a fun little game.

Are you going to further develop it? A nice scoring system would be nice if you are, would love to see what happens from here. Was there a reward for entering in the contest?

Shuuuush! Don’t you know what happened the last time a game that was for a time limited competition was expanded upon? 😀

I plan on cleaning up the game into a more polished state, but I’m not going to be expanding it into anything beyond its original scope. There was no prize/reward involved in the competition, aside from a fun time and perhaps some nerdy notoriety. 🙂
